Wordsworth Barn is a lovely, comfortable and stylish self-catering cottage - designed for 2 people. It retains characterful original features throughout, such as extensive exposed oak beams and areas of exposed stone.

Ground floor: Double bedroom (queen size or twin beds), with comfortable furnishings and linen bedding. There is a luxury bathroom - with bath and separate shower cubicle with a power shower. The bathroom is half tiled with Kirkstone silver blue slate. The bedroom has superb views down the valley through a feature coloured glass window.

First floor: Large, open plan room incorporating a lounge area - with a contemporary real flame gas fire and comfy sofa. The well fitted modern kitchen has black gloss and brushed stainless steel units, an electric cooker and hob, free-standing stainless steel fridge-freezer and a dining area. Door opening on to high level private patio with barbeque area overlooking the gardens.

Outside: Off road parking for 1 vehicle - a second is available by prior arrangement. A choice of 2 outdoor seating areas - front and rear - to catch the sun all day - furniture provided.

The cottage has double glazing and oil central heating throughout. All linen, towels and fuel is included. The management, maintenance and care of the properties are carried out by ourselves and a local caretaker from the village.
